Each sweater ships from a fulfillment partner in the United States to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, and delivery takes 7-10 business days: 2-3 to pack, then 5-7 in transit. Returns
A return can be requested within 30 days from delivery and costs nothing in restocking fees ($0.00), and once it qualifies, the return address arrives by email together with the return approval. Refunds are issued within 7 business days from the sweater's arrival at that address and its inspection, under the Refund and Returns Policy.
