Our fulfillment partner in the US packs your order in 2-3 business days, and the carrier then needs 5-7. Payments made on Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays, or at 6 PM MT and later, count from the next business day.
Street addresses across the contiguous 48 states, plus Washington, DC. Alaska and Hawaii sit outside that map, along with Puerto Rico, every other US territory, PO boxes and military APO, FPO or DPO mail.
Orders under $119.00 pay $6.00 once. At $119.00 or more, shipping is free, and that figure is your sweaters’ total after discount codes, with sales tax left out.
A tracking number reaches your inbox when the order ships. Anything else goes to contact@missfittribe.com or +1 (480) 485-6398, with an answer within 1 business day.
Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return, and the restocking fee is $0.00. We inspect each returned sweater when it arrives, then send the money back to the card or PayPal account used at checkout, within 7 business days.
Picked the wrong size or changed your mind? The return postage is yours and the $6.00 shipping charge stays. A damaged, defective or wrong sweater costs you nothing to send back.

Questions
Open the last photo on the listing: it is the size chart for that sweater, in inches and centimeters. The numbers describe the sweater, not a body, so measure one that already fits you the way you like; the Size Guide walks through it. Seven styles run small, and for those the maker suggests 1-2 sizes up.
Plan on 7-10 business days, counted from the order day. Packing takes 2-3 of them and the carrier needs 5-7. Weekends and federal holidays are not counted and the cut-off is 6 PM MT, so a Friday night order counts from the next business day, usually Monday.
Any PO box, and APO, FPO or DPO military mail. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or another US territory are also outside our area, as is every other country. The contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC are covered, street addresses only.
$6.00 once per order when the item subtotal is under $119.00, and nothing at $119.00 or more. Discount codes come off before that check, and sales tax is not part of it. No sweater in the shop costs $119.00 on its own (the top price is $64.99), so free shipping starts at two or three sweaters.

Most are acrylic or polyester knits, and some blend in viscose, nylon, spandex, cotton or wool. The At a glance list on each listing gives the fiber content, or says when the maker does not list it.
With PayPal or a card. Card payments go through Stripe, which handles Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for this store. The full total is charged once, when you place the order, and neither method carries a surcharge.
