Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective from Oct. 16, 2026

Is there anything here to opt out of?

Personal information is not sold and not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, so nothing is running that an opt-out would switch off, yet a request can still be filed and stays on record for every future order you place.

Rights for California and other state residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, Californians may instruct a business to keep their personal information out of any sale or sharing, people in states such as Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas and Virginia have comparable opt-out rights, and this store honors those rights for customers anywhere in the country.

Equal treatment for anyone who opts out

An opt-out never changes the price you pay, the shipping you receive or the answers the help desk gives, so a shawl collar cardigan, MFT-CD-001, costs the same $36.99 before and after a request.

Effects of an opt-out for your orders

An opt-out blocks any future sale or sharing of your information, while the order emails, the shipping details sent to the fulfillment partner and the carrier, and the payment data sent to Stripe and PayPal continue as before, because those uses exist to fill the order you placed.

Definitions for sale and sharing

A sale means giving personal information to an outside company for monetary or other valuable consideration, and sharing means passing it on for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the site does neither, since it runs no advertising pixel and sends customer lists to no data broker or ad network. Its one measurement tool, Cloudflare Web Analytics, counts page views without cookies and serves no advertising purpose.

Global Privacy Control for automatic opt-outs

A Global Privacy Control signal coming from your browser, or from an extension added to it, counts as an opt-out request covering that browser, and you do not need to write anything.

Two channels for an opt-out request

Email contact@missfittribe.com and use “Opt-out” as the subject, or phone +1 (480) 485-6398 during help desk hours, to file the request, and either way the only details needed are your name and the email address used for your orders.

Verification and timing for each request

No ID document is needed for an opt-out, and each request is recorded within 15 business days from its arrival, followed by a confirmation email. A request sent on Monday, Nov. 2, 2026 is therefore on file by Tuesday, Nov. 24 at the latest, because Veterans Day on Wednesday, Nov. 11 does not count as a business day.

Notes for minors and authorized agents

Data about people under 16 is not sold or shared in any case, an authorized agent can file a request with written permission that you signed, and an opt-out leaves open orders, returns and refunds exactly as they were.

Contact for opt-out questions

Questions about opting out go to contact@missfittribe.com or +1 (480) 485-6398, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM MT, and the help desk replies within 1 business day of each message, while the Privacy Policy covers every other privacy right.
