Who runs MissFitTribe?

MissFitTribe is an online store owned by MELISSA NICOLE VARELA FUNY LLC, a company with its business address in Chandler, Arizona, and it sells women’s sweaters in three cuts: turtlenecks, cardigans and quarter zips.

An Arizona business for women’s sweaters

MissFitTribe is a new and small online business, and the business address of the company is 3778 E Libra Pl, Chandler, AZ 85249, United States.

The legal name MELISSA NICOLE VARELA FUNY LLC, spelled exactly as in the company’s records, appears on every policy page together with EIN 99-4915860, and MissFitTribe is the trading name used on the site and on every listing.

A fulfillment partner for packing and shipping

Packing and shipping are handled by a third-party fulfillment partner in the United States, which receives each order, packs the sweater and hands it to a domestic carrier, so a package reaches the door 7-10 business days from the order day, and a sweater sent back travels to whichever address the return approval email gives.

Three sweater cuts for fall and winter

The catalog covers turtlenecks and mock necks, cardigans that button or tie at the front, and quarter zips and half zips, in sizes from S up to 3XL depending on the style, and every listing shows the maker’s size chart in inches and centimeters along with the fiber content.

Room for more categories later

Sweaters are where the store begins, and as the business grows the plan is to add other kinds of clothing and other items, each listed with real measurements and covered by the same policies, without any date promised in advance.

Trade-offs for an online-only model

Selling only online through a fulfillment partner means there is no fitting room, no showroom and no local pickup, and a sweater needs 7-10 business days to arrive, which is why each listing carries the maker’s chart and any runs-small note before you choose a size.

Commitments for every customer

Five commitments can be checked against any order: a reply within 1 business day, a 30-day return window from delivery, no restocking fee, a refund within 7 business days from the return’s arrival and inspection, and free shipping from $119.00.

Limits for what the store claims

MissFitTribe does not manufacture the sweaters, is not an authorized dealer for any other brand, has no physical shop and does not sell wholesale, and its listings make no claims about warmth or slimming effects that the makers themselves do not state.

A note from the company for customers

MissFitTribe is a new store, so the clearest way for us to earn trust is to be exact about how it works. Every sweater on the site comes with the maker’s measurements, and when a maker says a style runs small, the listing repeats that warning instead of leaving you to find out at the door. Orders are packed by a partner in the United States, the checkout shows every charge before you pay, and a wrong size costs you only the return postage. Questions are answered within 1 business day by someone who can see your order. As the business grows we plan to add more kinds of clothing, and each new item will arrive with the same real measurements and the same policies.
